Data deletion

You can revoke a social connection at any time from Studio → Connections. This removes Beeutify's stored connection and stops future publishing or synchronization through that channel. For Facebook and Instagram it also removes the associated stored analytics. Removing Beeutify in Meta settings revokes the connection; requesting data deletion through Meta removes the associated Meta data and returns a confirmation link. Your drafts, uploaded media and posts already published on Meta are not deleted by a channel disconnect.

To delete your Beeutify workspace and associated campaign content, publishing history, uploaded assets and connection records, email tessaract.softwaresolutions@gmail.com from the email address used for your Beeutify account. Include “Beeutify data deletion request” in the subject.

We will verify account ownership before deletion and will confirm when the request is complete. Records that must be retained for security, fraud prevention or legal compliance may be kept only for the required period.
