Beeutify stores the profile and workspace information needed to operate the service, campaign content, uploaded media, publishing history, analytics snapshots and first-party tracking-link events. Connected social access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and are used only for user-requested publishing, synchronization and token refresh.

OAuth passwords are entered only on the provider's own authorization screen. Users can disconnect a provider from Connections and can request workspace-data deletion at Set NEXT_PUBLIC_LEGAL_CONTACT_EMAIL.
