Privacy Policy

Beeutify stores the profile and workspace information needed to operate the service, campaign content, uploaded media, publishing history, analytics snapshots, billing status, usage totals and first-party tracking-link events. Connected account credentials are encrypted at rest and used only for publishing, synchronization and account maintenance requested through Beeutify.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Beeutify stores Stripe customer, subscription and price identifiers but does not store full card details. Billing details, tax identifiers and payment methods submitted in Checkout or the customer portal are handled by Stripe.

Social login details are entered only on each network's official authorization page. Beeutify never asks users to enter social-network passwords inside the application.

Cookies and analytics

Beeutify uses one necessary cookie, beeutify_cookie_consent, to remember your cookie choice. If you select “Accept analytics”, Beeutify loads Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregated visits, page views, device information and general traffic sources so we can improve the website. Google Analytics is not loaded before consent, and Beeutify disables Google signals and anonymizes IP processing where supported.

You can withdraw analytics consent by clearing site data in your browser; the consent banner will appear again on your next visit. Beeutify does not use advertising or cross-site marketing cookies.

Users can disconnect a channel from Connections. For access, correction or deletion requests, follow the data deletion instructions or contact privacy@beeutify.com.
